Graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Regis University and has worked in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy since. She received extensive training in the diagnosis and manual therapy treatment of the spine and extremities through the IAOM-US and earned her COMT in 2015. She is also certified in the Trigger Point Dry Needling technique.
Jennah is passionate about incorporating Pilates-based movement re-education and training into her therapy sessions and became a certified Rehabilitation Pilates Instructor through STOTT Pilates in 2016. She is also passionate about working with athletes of all abilities and enjoys utilizing her experience as an endurance athlete to help her patients return to sport. She instructs community Pilates classes in Anchorage.
She enjoys treating a wide variety of patients with the treatment philosophy of incorporating manual therapy techniques, therapeutic movement and patient education to create an optimal environment for healing and return to active lifestyles.
Outside of the clinic, Jennah loves spending time in the mountains with her husband mountain biking, cross country skiing and traveling.
